Even though these 2 haven't OFFICIALLY confirmed their relationship, Kim K is obviously showing there's a little bit more to their "we're just friends" status. Kim was recently spotted rocking earrings with the initials KW. Obviously there's more when Kanye is spitting lines about her in his Way Too Cold (Originally titled Theraflu).
"I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him."
