Indeed!!! Dwayne Carter is a free man again! He was released from Rikers Island in NY this morning after serving 8mths of his 1-year sentence. Hopefully Weezy won't be like another celeb *coughs T.I.'s name* and end up back behind bars. WELCOME HOME WAYNE!!
