Nicki Minaj was spotted, in a spotted, out fit on Easter weekend at her CD signing for Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. Some say she was a little too excited to see the easter bunny. And as usual she was decked out in a very unpleasant leopard leotard, spotted leggings, and an awful lace front to match. The Fashion Police had to have been on a smoke break when she walked into the building! What do you think? Was she a sweet treat or was she low fashion trash?
