**FANTASIA'S LOVER WAS LEGALLY SEPARATED AT THE TIME OF THEIR FLING**

A North Carolina Judge ruled in favor of Fantasia's ex-lover (Antwaun Cook) concluding that he and his wife Paula separated on Sept. 14, 2009, and not June 2010 like his wife Paula was claiming. (yes, in case you're wondering, the husband and wife are against each other...lol). Paula claimed that Fantasia knew they were still married but continued on with the relationship anyways.

Last month, Fantasia did take the witness stand in the case and admitted to having an abortion with Antwaun's child. Paula,

Now North Carolina has this crazy Alienation of Affection Law so it's up to Paula as to whether she will go after Fantasia under the law or not.

OK, now I have nothing but mad respect for Fanny. First of all, she has been nothing but lady-like in this entire situation. Now Paula on the other hand, is your true definition of a woman scorned. Now dont' get me wrong, Antwaun could have possibly been lying to his wife, true enough, but why go after the woman?!?! I've never understood that concept before. Take that up between you and yours.
