Shari Neal: My name is Shari Neal, I'm 26 years old and I am the owner and designer of Bon Bon Vie. I also hold down a full-time job as a web/Flash developer.

AR: How did you come up with BonBonVie?
SN: I've always had a love for design & fashion and I've always wanted my own business, so starting a t-shirt line seemed natural to me. In the very beginning, it started it as a creative outlet where I could just make things and put them out there.

AR: What products does the BonBonVie line carry?
SN: Bon Bon Vie offers t-shirts for men and women, tote bags & baby onesies.

AR: In your opinion, how important is it for women of color to embrace & love themselves for who they are?
SN: I think it's important for everyone, not just women of color to love themselves. It's hard to be happy and fulfilled in this life if you don't appreciate yourself.
